Registration

You can register your child for our Kids Softball program by filling out the form below.

This six-week program runs on Sundays (August 9, 16, 23, 30, September 13, 20) at Amberlea Park (Pickering, ON), with age-based time slots for children ages 4–13.

Spots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each child requires a separate registration form. If you are registering multiple children, please complete a form for each one. Register another participant
